inflation!

so i took a break today at work.. strolled over to my local 7-11,in the rain,which I love, and reached down for a SNICKERS. I walked to the register, chocolate in hand, pondering how I was going to devour it. I handed it over to the foriegn man behind the counter, heard the typical cash register beep, and reached in my pocket for my money, THEN! when i go to hand it to him he says..."$1.00"

huh?!

when the hell did the price of SNICKERS rise?? Is inflation honestly affecting candy bars now. Like, w.t.f. is going on? Its not like i couldnt afford it.. I was gonna pay with a 20. But thats not the point! I blame it on Bush. Obama better fix this shit. I know he probably has the munches anyway.. =x
